## What is SthenosFit?

SthenosFit is a mobile-first coaching platform (iOS and Android) for strength and physique coaches who run their own roster of clients. It pairs a professional coach surface with a polished trainee experience — both on the same data model.

## What the platform gives you

1. **AI workouts grounded in peer-reviewed research.** A multi-stage AI experts pipeline drafts every session against a corpus of strength-and-conditioning research and attaches per-exercise citations the coach can audit.
2. **Reads sleep, HRV, and heart rate from wearables — adapts every workout to match.** Apple Health, Garmin, Whoop and similar wearables feed a per-muscle recovery readiness signal that informs the next session, automatically.
3. **Stays ahead of your roster — warns you before a client drifts.** The "needs attention" panel surfaces clients with falling adherence, energy or biometric trends before retention takes a hit. Daily AI coaching tips — one per client, the coach approves before they ship.
4. **Privacy as a first-class concern.** Encrypted in transit and at rest, GDPR-compliant export, no ads, no third-party trackers, never sold.

## For coaches, with the trainee app included

- The **coach** authors programmes, monitors biometrics, runs the roster, sends coaching tips.
- The **trainee** logs workouts (set-by-set, RPE, tempo, PRs), does a two-minute daily check-in, and chats with the coach in context.

The trainee app is included with the coach's subscription. Clients do not pay separately.
