Personal trainers and strength and physique coaches who run their own client roster. Solo trainers, studios, and online-only operators all work the same way. The platform handles in-person and remote coaching equally well. If you sell programming and care about the science behind it, you are our customer. SthenosFit is not built for general fitness consumers without a coach.

Founding members are the coaches we partner with at launch to shape the product together. We work directly with you on the workflows you actually use day to day, prioritise your feedback in our roadmap, and treat the relationship as a real collaboration rather than a survey list. In return for that knowledge and feedback, your first 90 days are completely free, and after that you lock in 20% off your subscription for as long as you stay subscribed. SthenosFit goes further in biometrics. A daily readiness score for each athlete fuses wearable signals, what they report each morning, and their full training history, all calculated automatically. For the women on your roster, cycle and period tracking flows directly into that score and the workouts that follow, so they train to their own physiology rather than the male default. Every session is also built on sports science research, with the references behind each exercise visible to coach and trainee. Other apps end at workout delivery.

A coach agent drafts the program against your client profile (equipment, injuries, recovery, training history). A reviewer pass attaches the references behind every exercise, auditable by you and readable by the trainee.

Override anything. Edit sets, reps, RPE, rest, tempo. Swap exercises, rewrite cues, or scrap the draft and build manually. The AI is a starting point. Every field is editable end to end. The platform also remembers your edits per client, so future generations bias toward your style.

Yes. The workout runner caches the day session locally, so set-by-set logging continues without signal in any basement squat rack. Logs sync the moment connectivity returns, and PRs land in your dashboard the same session. Daily check-ins also queue offline.

No. Your subscription covers up to 20 client seats. Clients install the app for free, log in with the invite you send, and use the trainee surface as part of your service. They are never billed by us.

Your data is yours. Export the full archive of roster, programs, check-ins, and PRs at any time, before or after cancellation. Cancellation freezes the account but does not delete the data. You can reactivate without losing history, or request explicit deletion under GDPR at any point.

iOS and Android, both phones and tablets. The trainee runner is phone-first. The coach surface is comfortable on both phone (in-the-gym work) and tablet (programming desk). No web app, because coaching happens on the device.
